
Valeria Ivleva
Born in Ukraine, Valeriia Ivlieva began her ballet training at the age of 6 at the Kharkov Choreographic Theater. She continued studying at Kiev Choreographic College and received a diploma with honors in the specialty of Ballet Dancer, Teacher of Special Disciplines –and Ballet Artist. Ivlieva follows Vaganova teaching and techniques. She attended the State University for the Administration of Culture and Arts and in 2010 received a bachelor’s diploma with honors. She taught ballet at the Kiyanochka Choreography School for 2 years and danced at Kiev Municipal Academic Opera and Ballet in Kiev, Ukraine. In 2009 she began teaching at the University of Arts, Russian Cultural Center and was invited to perform as a Principal Dancer for Cairo Opera Ballet Company in Cairo, Egypt. Her repertory includes featured and principal roles in Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Snow White, Carmen, Don Quixote, Cinderella, Carmina Burana, Romeo and Juliet, Odysseus, Zorba The Greek, Pinocchio, Cipollino, The Wizard Harry and the Snow Queen, and Opera Aida. In addition, Ivlieva also performed many modern and contemporary works. She has been awarded many international awards, medals, special prizes and certificates which include Laureate of International Competitions Galytska Terpsihora and Grand Pas. Tours include Russia, Spain, Canary Islands, Egypt, Germany, Poland, South Korea, Holand, Japan, China, Belarus, Macedonia, Portugal, Romania, Finland, France, Switzerland, Estonia.
