MISSION
Founded in 1997 by Desiree and Goran Subotic, and as a non-profit educational
institution has the mission to provide:
* Classical and contemporary performances for Southern New England
* Family Programming through its "Dance Me A Story" - Family Series
* Outreach Programs and Lecture Demonstrations for thousands of children in
public schools
* Benefit performances
* The best technical and artistic training for young dancers
Mystic Ballet provides many opportunities for students to perform and work
with world-renowned choreographers, teachers and guest artists.
Every year Mystic Ballet, has in house guests, the best teachers in the field
of ballet and performing arts, coming from the most reputable ballet companies
and dance education institutions, like American Ballet Theatre, Kirov Ballet,
Alvin Ailey School, Boston Ballet, Kiev Academy of Arts, Ballettschule International,
etc.
