Ages 13-18
Students placed in Grade 5 – 7 & Advanced have shown they have the discipline and determination to commit to a serious ballet program as well as having the required technical ability and physical strength.
Progression to the next level is based on the student’s mastery of the vocabulary and the physical understanding of the syllabus in their current Grade. Since students progress at different rates this may be a one or more year process.
Students (Grade 5 – 7 & Advanced) attend class 11.5 – 16.5 hours per week, depending on the Grade. Ballet technique and pointe, with Variations, Jazz and Modern starting in Grade 5, comprise the core curriculum of the School.

Students attending Mystic Ballet’s Pre-Professional Program and are accepted to Mystic Ballet’s Jr. Company are given the opportunity to participate in selected performances with the Mystic Ballet Company.
Students and parents will have conferences with School of Mystic Ballet Artistic Staff twice a year.
In addition, students may take advantage of “Premiere Performance” and receive one complimentary ticket to each opening night performance of Mystic Ballet ’s season.
