An Audition is necessary to enroll in Mystic Ballet’s Summer Intensive Programs.

A completed Summer Audition Form and audition fee of $30 must be submitted no later than May 1st.

Mystic Ballet holds Summer Intensive auditions by appointment Thursdays and Saturdays at Mystic Ballet, from January to May. Appointments may be made by calling 860 536-3671or sending e-mail to the registrar at info@mysticballet.org . An application fee of $30 is due at the time of audition registration. Payment must be in the form of cash or money order. Personal checks will not be accepted. As a general rule, recommendation letters, photographs and resumes are not accepted at auditions. Girls must bring pointe shoes to the audition. Students currently attending the School of Mystic Ballet are not required to audition.

Students interested in auditioning, but are unable to attend scheduled auditions, (and live outside of a 100 mile radius) may send a current DVD, a letter of recommendation from your most recent teacher, and photo (first arabesque, and head shot) to:

Each season, Mystic Ballet will accept a limited number of students in to its tuition free, Pre-Professional Program, through audition. The Summer Intensive serves as an extended audition for students seeking admission to Mystic Ballet’s Pre-Professional Program, for the following academic year. Enrollment is limited in both programs.
