Founded in 1997 by Desiree and Goran Subotic, and as a non-profit educational institution has the mission to provide:

• World class classical and contemporary performances – Promoting outstanding creativity and artistic excellence
• Family Programming through its “Dance Me A Story” – Family Series
• Increasing understanding of the cultural and social importance of the arts
• Maximizing arts development opportunities and innovations
• The best technical and artistic training for dancers

This mission is the foundation for a legacy, to make dance accessible to the widest possible public through touring, educational programs, the creative use of media, and other outreach efforts, and by doing so expand the Company’s audience.
