CHILDREN:

Children 12 & under have children ticket prices.

Every person, including infants, must have a ticket. Children must be accompanied; please help them to be considerate of other patrons.

EXCHANGES:

$4 per ticket (free to Subscribers).

Accepted up to 7 days prior to performance, subject to availability. Before exchange can be made, tickets must be received by Box Office.

SEAT REQUESTS:

Because subscriptions are so flexible, we regretfully cannot guarantee seat renewals. We do our best to accomodate subscriber seat requests, subject to availability.

SERVICE CHARGE:

Internet convenience fee is $3.00 per order fee, plus $1.25 per ticket fee. (Includes internet processing fee, shipping and handling) All other sales incur a $1.25 processing and handling fee per ticket.

TICKET DONATIONS – Send the Child to the Ballet:

Send The Child To The Ballet – We lowered the cost of the tickes, and you can help too. Purchase a row of seats (12 tickets) for the charitable organization of your choice and we will issue a tax deductible donation receipt. Please call Mystic Ballet Box Office for detail 860 536-3671.

WAITING LIST:

In the event of a sold-out show, the waiting list begins one hour prior to curtain up. Names may be placed on the list by appearing in person at the Box Office. Names will be called 15 minutes prior to curtain.

LATE SEATING:

At the discretion of theater management. Ticketed seat assignments are not guaranteed past curtain. There is no standing in the theaters.

GROUP SALES:

Mystic Ballet welcomes groups during the Dance Me A Story – Family Series, and offers a 10% ticket discount for those of 20 or more. To confirm the availability of tickets, and for more information, contact the Ticket Services Manager at 860 536-1470.
