Margarita Hoelper

Born just outside of Philadelphia, Pa in Bucks County she began ballet training in 1996 at Dance Theater of Pennsylvania where she performed in The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, A Midsummer’s Night’s Dream, Coppelia, and Cinderella.  At the age of 14, Hoelper continued her training at Olga Kresin School of Ballet in Northeast Philadelphia. In 2006, 2007, and 2009 she was among the finalists in classical ballet at Tanzolymp in Berlin, Germany. In Barcelona, Spain, she won first place at the Dance Grand Prix for Contemporary Pas de Deux in 2010. At Youth America Grand Prix in New York City, she was a finalist in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 for women’s classical and contemporary solo and contemporary pas de deux. At Premio Roma Danza, in Rome, Italy, Hoelper was a finalist in the classical women’s category.  This is her first season with Mystic Ballet.
