From North Yorkshire, England. Kayleigh received her early education at the Elmhurst School of Dance, and continued her studies on scholarship at The Hammond School in Chester, completing her training at Mooreland International Ballet Elite under Simon Kidd. She was selected to demonstrate the Cecchetti Syllabus at the International Cecchetti Competition in 2010, and has earned her Cecchetti Teaching Qualification. Her classical repertoire includes Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty. She has toured with Salzburg Ballet dancing Bolero, Giselle, and Swan Lake. Performance highlights include dancing at Sadler Wells as a Yorkshire Ballet scholar, and in Northern Ballet Company’s Nutcracker. Kayleigh was awarded the IDTA Award in Ballet. As a young choreographer her work advanced to the finals of the Elmhurst Choreography Competition. Kayleigh has an adopted giraffe named Savannah, and she loves to make people laugh.
