At the age of 16 he began to dance with the Ballet Folklorico Quetzaltnahuatl, under the direction of William Herrera. At the age of 19, he studied ballet at the National Ballet School of Nicaragua, directed by William Herrera, main teachers include William Herrera, Anna Medrano and Maria Torguet. In 2009 he joined the contemporary company from UNAN-Managua “Danza Contemporanea Universitaria UNAN-Managua”, under the direction of Ally Reyes and in 2010 he joined the ballet company “Compania Ballet de Nicaragua”, under the direction of William Herrera. He participated in International Ballet Galas throughout Nicaragua. This is Alejandro’s first season with Mystic Ballet. |
